Services received from rage head office greedy for a buck.

I bought a few items at rage, went back into the store on the 8th day requesting a refund cause the items are not a proper fit. I asked the lady for one leniency due medical reasons why I couldn't exchange it during the 7 day period. Head office asked that I should provide medical evidence. Which I did and they had me sitting in the almost a whole hour waiting for there response after providing them with a medical certificate..mind you my state now is still at & could possibly be a risk as well for there employees. This is how uncalled they are towards their clients and staff members
