Service failure

I went to rage at greenstone mall its between Oct and Nov 2020 where I paid up my rage acc and told the cashier that i want to close my acc, she said okay and that she has send an email to the department that deals with account closure, I was doing an application and it declined and said that my rage acc is in areas with an amount of R90 of which I am failing to understand. I am not happy with rage and the cashier who failed to do her job....
