******** with poor service

********!!!!!!! I had an account with you whici I close last year already however it shows that it's areas on my credit score. I called the call center selected option 1 the assistant's service was utter disgrace. She is talking with someone on the other side while my airtime is running after she dropped the phone. Please sorted this matter out I don't owe anything!
