Settled this account in January, I asked them update payment on the consumer credit since January. They have not done that, I got in contact with them via facebook and then they went to update my account on consumer credit profile like my payment was only recieved now in April and i even asked them to close the account. They then sent me a paid up payment that says account account has been paid up and close. Letter was recieved but account is still active not closed and WHAT MAKES ME MAD IS WHY DID RAGE UPDATE MY PAYMENT LIKE IS WAS ONLY RECIEVED NOW AND WHY IS MY ACCOUNT STILL ACTIVE. Rage does not care about their customers but only want money!!!
