SAME SHOE BROKE TWICE - 3 WEEKS APART

To Whom it may concern<br> <br> I am highly upset with the standard of your product.<br> <br> At the end of March I bough a Black Pair of boots from your store. During April the heel not only broke, but completely came loose from the shoe. I was assisted with exceptional customer service and the shoe was replaced with a new pair.<br> <br> On 30/04/2015 the heel of the new pair of shoes broke exactly the same way - completely off!!!<br> I went in again to have it replaced and to complain. Problem is this time not only was this shoe out of stock, but you didn't have another pair of black boots in the same price range in my size.<br> <br> I now had to pay DOUBLE for a new pair!!!!!! <br> <br> Once again the staff was great, but your product has left me embarrassed on more than one occasion.<br> And guess what!!! NO CASH REFUNDS so I was forced to pay more just to have neat shoes for my month end board meeting.<br> <br> I am beyond angry and expect a response from Head Office within 24Hours!!!!!!
