Rude. Staff members

I'm at Rage Jabulani Mall, the staff has attitude not willing to assist. Olwethu was the person who was helping me, she had a bad attitude. I bought shoes and they gave me 2 right foot shoes, she refused to refund me since they didn't have the shoe anymore. I asked to call the head office and the phone rang for ever. Eventually after 30 minutes I was assited. They not friendly and rude to customers
