Rude Motherwell Rage Staff

Today, I got to the Motherwell Rage store I saw some nice boots and I was interested in buying one so everytime I flipped the boots to look at the prices non of them had prices almost all of the winter shoes on the floor have no pricing on them.

I enquired with the lady that was unpacking new merchandise on the floor but she looked away and did not answer me so I proceeded to advise a lady at the till that "Your shoes do not have any prices on them" the answer was "we know" with an attitude written all over the face.

I walked away and further browse through on other shoes in a corner as embarrassed as I was. The lady stated gossiping about me not realizing that I was still in shop saying "if you want to buy something what does the price has to do with it" so the cashier spotted me and whispered to the lady that I'm still in the shop.

I decided to leave the shop without buying the boots.

*The shop is poorly merchandised. *There are no sections where you can tell that this is a kids/ladies/gents section. *NON of the staff members were wearing name tags. *Maybe I caught them at bad timing because as I entered the shop they were discussing their salaries which something that I doubt it should be discussed in the store. *The level of professionalism is very low at this store as it not my first time in this store.
