Ridiculous customer service

They refused to refund me, advising me my account is inactive, after I had to pay. Phoning customer service for over an hour and a half. Also keep on talking in their language, could be swearing me. Very unprofessional service. Not sure why there is a manager as she is not even listening or trying to resolve the issue.
