REQUESTING PRESCRIPTION LETTER

Went to Rage to ask for a prescription letter as this account had prescribed was told the account is not on their system so i was refered to their customer care for a number and an email i can use to communicate with them for this and 3 weeks later i still cant reach them as the phone just rings and my email keeps been returned saying its incorrect.Somebody please assist thank you in advance
