Request of closing an account but the account is still open.

You don’t even deserve a single star. Rage closed accounts departments has the worst service ever I’ve settled the balance sent them an email on Wednesday September 17th asking them to close the account I’ve sent them every information even attached my ID I only received an auto response guess what I called on Friday September 19th only for them to pretend as if they’re responding to my email till today the account is still open I sent another follow up email still no response only the automated response Ihave been trying to call several times but it rings once and says call ended. You’re such ****mers and your terrible service!!!!
