REFUSING REFUND FOR DAMAGED SHOES

I bought shoes on Sunday 31st January and wore them Monday 01st Feb. After a few hours like even before my lunch time the shoe was making noises and when I took them off I realised that the heel tip was worn out. I was really surprised at how this happens after half a day on a new shoe.<br> <br> I sent an email to Customer care and they said I could return the shoe and than when at the store they say they will send the shoes for repair. How many times are they gona send the shoes for repair because its clear this will happen after every wear?<br> <br> What I want is my money back and never buy Rage shoes again because I was warned about them and I thought it would be different this time for me. <br> <br> I seriously want my money back from Rage I do not want the shoe and if I wanted it repaired I would have done that myself and definitely not after one use of the shoes.
