refused to refund me

My husband bought me a pair of boots from the fourways mall branch yesterday....I didn't like them so I took them back and tried to see if I can swop them for something else....I couldn't get anything I like from there so I went to the crossing branch.....where I was asked questions I couldnt respond to.....I was made to look stupid infront of the store by some lady Mpho and they refused to refund me since I didn't see what I liked....I walked out furious and now im stuck with shoes I dont even like
