Refused to refund a pair of shoes.

<p>I have never felt so disgusted about the kind of service I received at Rage at Phokeng Mall and Moruleng Mall...managers are so unprofessional and ***********....I bought 8 pairs of shoes for my kids from Rage at Platinum Square on the 25/11/2016 and only 2 pairs are not fitting my daughter.I did not return those shoes that weekend because I went away,then on the 02/12/2016 I visited Kathu Village Mall and decided to buy other 3 pairs of shoes for my daughter since I am already there with the intention of refunding those that I left in Rustenburg..Yesterday when I tried to return the shoes at Phokeng Mall,the manager there refused to give me my money back and said she can only give me my cash if shoes are defective.I was so upset and called their Head Office on ********** still I did not find joy.The lady told me that I can only return shoes within 7 days and said why didn't I return those shoes at Kathu despite explaining my situation she was not listening. I went home and decided to return those that I bought in Kathu on the 02nd because they are still within 7 days when I got to Platinum Square the was no electricity and then I told the friendly manager there that,I will rush to Moruleng Mall and return there.What a grief after driving 90km to this place ,this manager left me at the counter saying she cannot refund the shoes but can exchange, and I told her I don't want an exchange but want my cash back because this shoes are still in a condition that it left the store. I do not want an exchange but my money...I am so frustrated and unhappy and asking myself is Consumer Protection Act not existing in this company and why are their policies are not in line with the act</p>
