Refuse to exchange the shoes

Good day I have a complaint about Rage shoes and clothing store. I have bought 4 pairs of shoes in February one for my sister whom I don't stay with we far from each other . I only saw her in April . I gave her the shoes unfortunately they did not fit , right size but small cut .We took the shoes back they refused to change them saying that their policy states that they can only exchange within 30 days of the purchase . I called their head office spoke to Violet Muhammad she told me that there's nothing they can do and she does not know what I should do with the shoes as I ask her what should I do because the shoes are not fitting . The shoes are still in a good condition they've never been worn and on the day I even bought a pair again. After buying 5 pairs of shoes they refuse to change only one. I didn't want a refund as I have their store account .
