Refusal to exchange faulty shoes

I bought sandals that make puncture noise and they do not want to change them for me, Wendy who works at the head office told me i need to wear the shoes and have the cashier follow me to take the video because they cannot take them without proof of what I am telling them. The cashiers told me it is because I am heavy for the shoes. Their shoe quality is terrible and the service is worse.
