refund refused

I bought two pairs of shoes at Letlhabile mall. I returned 1 pair few minutes later because it was small. When i got to the store i was told to get the one with the same price or more. I got one for R135 but when they scanned it price changed to R105. A pair that i initially bought was R125. I was told that i cannot buy a pair less and i cannot get a refund because head office is closed and they are the ones that authorizes which i find very ridiculous. I was also told that i have an option to buy two pairs. What on earth should one buy two pairs when she request a refund. If those are the procedures its ridiculous and inconveniencing.I had to bring a small pair of shoes for my daughter from Letlhabile to JHB. This is very disappointing from such a huge and well trusted brand like Rage. I have never been so frustrated. HO to authorize just R125.
