Refund Policy

I bought shoes at Rage (South gate mall) on the 15th of May 2018, before paying for the shoes I asked the lady who was helping me if I can get a refund just in case the person I was buying the shoes for would not like the shoes or if the shoes don't fit, she said yes I will get a refund. Two days later on the 17th of May 2018 I went to Rage (West gate Mall) around 12 pm to get a refund I was told that they do not have cash and was told to go to another Rage at the same mall. I went there around 1 pm and was given the same no cash story and told to go to Dobsonville. I went to Rage(Dobsonville) on the same day and was told that they do not do refunds, I was advised to go back where I bought the shoes (South gate mall). The lady who was helping me told me that that is what happens at South gate and West gate they lie to customers about refunds because they just want to push sales and she advised me to try another Rage at Dobsonville, I did and was told that they don't have cash. I went to four stores but did not get any help, all I want is the refund I was promised.
