Refund or exchange

I have bought shoes on the 02/10 at the Pavillion shopping centre and didn't fit so now I want to do and exchange or refund and they said I can't because i have lost slip hence i have my bank statement that shows i have paid using my bank card,if they want that invoice number why dnt they do reprint of a slip ...I am angry
