Refund on Overpayment

I went to the store to pay the outstanding balance few days later another payment went off from my account, I forgot that I had set up"future dated payment" to Rage. I have submitted all relevant documents for a refund yet nothing. No feedback. I will not continue to do business with you. Payback my money.They also take forever to uodate your details with credit bureau.I will close the account.
