Refund not being done for over 2 weeks

I've bn unemployed since September,so I wanted to settle my rage account since de was a small amount left, on the 3/12/15 I went to Jabulani mall at rage to pay. Was shocked to hear dat I owe R1197. I paid it, wen I got home I checked my statements dat I was getting frm debt rescue, apparently rage head office provided people frm debt rescue with a rong account number which they've bn making payment on dat account from Sep 2014 - 7 July 2015. Wen I called head office regarding this incident..I spoke to Mapule Loabile who said I have to provide proof of payments so dat they can refund me..on the 4/12/15 I forwarded the proof of payments and gave them my account number. On the 7/12/15 Mapule called to say she doesn't understand my statement..I broke it down to her and emailed everything..she then told me that my refund will be processed same day as i gave them everything. I waited and on the 14/12/15 I called Mapule who then told me dat my refund as been authorised by her manager. I will receive my money on the 16/12/15. On the 18/12/15 I spoke to Jessica bcos Mapule was no longer responding to my emails. Jessica said my refund will b processed on the 21/22, till this day, no money
