Range maponya

On the 23.11.2023 I was at maponya mall rage store to do an exchange I explain to the till operator that the granny of the child bought shoe's for my daughter and she didn't gave me slip because she stays at kzn but an I asked if can they send the picture of the slip or send the till slip number but the till operator told me that my granny should come to JHB maponya mall with an attitude I repeated that I want to do exchange NOT a refund still she told me that my grandmother should come to JHB maponya mall rage to do all the transaction I was so disappointed rage it's not the store that I can recommend to anyone due to bad service that I had I will try to sell the shoes so that I can get the fitting size for my child I'm so ****ed
