Raging at Rage

I paid my account in full for my clothing account with Rage but to date hereof they are yet to remove themselves or send prompt to the credit bureau to remove rage from my name. On a recent clearscore report, it shows that the account is active with a balance of R211. I have written to Rage to please fix this but i got no response. Paid up letter received via email on 16 October 2020.
