RageSA Unprofessional staff and poor returns policy

The staff at Rage Mall of the South is rude and has no sense of customer service. I have been refused an exchange for shoes because I did not have a merchant receipt when they are the ones who did not provide it. I had an EFT receipt which was also recorded in their daily logsheet.
