Raged at Rage

I bought a boot at Rage Southgate on Friday and wore it to an interview on Monday as I stepped out of the car heading to my interview the heel fell off, leaving me with no choice but to walk into my interview with one heel I was highly disappointed and frustrated I then returned the shoe today at Rage and I was totally disappointed with the service they made no effort to comply with me I will never ever buy a pair of shoes at Rage again
