Rage workers are *****ing from customers

Good evening

I would like to lodge a complaint about what I experienced today

So today I went to Rage store to pay for my account. I wanted to pay R50 into my account so I paid with a R100 since I did not have R50 note. So she took the money and started doing the thinks but I noticed that she was acting suspicious as she was constantly looking back and forth with the suspicious look, but I didn't take that into consideration. She gave me a slip when she was done and I left the place. As I was outside I decided to check the receipt and it was not what I expected. It had showed that I hadn't payed, so I divided to go back and ask why it says I didn't pay. The lady that works there then claimed that she made a mistake, saying that she paid for the other person instead of me. She claimed to have swapped the card. That was surprising because there was no one in the shop only me. I asked her that how is it possible that you swapped cards because there is no other customer besides me. She started making up invalid excuses and so I asked for her name she refused to tell me. So what she was basically doing was that she was paying for her things with my money. That is *****.I decided to call the manager to explain everything since she didn't want to cooperate. The manager took charge and paid the money into my account. And the other problem is that they didn't have name tags.

So I want action to be taken against this situation, because I do not want it to happen again to someone else and especially someone who is unable to read. I believe that this was not her first time. It's unfortunate for those people she has ****med.

Think of all those other people she has ****med. I mean some people were unable to notice. It's an injustice to them
