Rage will kill your credit profile

I am writing this message with a heavy heart ,I don't understand why rage is doing this to me ,I called rage last month to ask them to update my credit profile they told me that they update Itc on the 14th of every month,I have my updated credit report now ,nothing has been updated it doesn't show the records of payments I mad,ee in August and September,it still says the account is in arrears this is so frustrating, Seriously your service socks and it's tiring
