Rage staff withheld my phone i went there to purchase shoes and left my phone at the counter and went there first thing in the morning and they said they will check the footage for me only to find that it did not record but the manager told me they have footage of everything that happens inside. the junior staff arrived there first and when i explained my incident they gave me such a bad attitude to a point that they were explaining to their manager and they literally laughed in my face. to my surprise the manager mentioned that they have returned much more expensive phones and i had not even told her which type of phone i had lost.
