Rage unhelpful staff

I would like to set in a compliment, on the 23 December I went to return shoes because they didn't have the size i wanted but the lady that helped me said they don't not have any cash I can wait or go to promenade with an unpleasant tone and attitude , I explained that I was unable to go to promenade and that its a inconvenience ,after standing in the store for more than 10 minutes they just made like I was not there.

I sent my mom to promenade when she got there they told her , they do not do exchange or refunds if the person brought it at a different store she then had to go back to town center.

Rage staff lack customer service, they have none!!
