Rage Tonk Meter Customer Service

They refuse to exchange my pair of boots I bought on 20 June 2020, hardly 1 month the boots heels are moving backward when I'm walking wearing them, they say it's not a factory fault n I didn't want a refund because I'm not comfortable when wearing them.The staff at Rage Tonk Meter called their head office, the lady at head office is the one who refused for my exchange. I'm not happy with the service I received from her as I am not returning the boots because I don't love them but due to being uncomfortable wearing them as they are damaged.
