RAGE THE *******

I called and sent Rage a message regarding a ********** account opened against my name 2 weeks ago, I had to constantly remind them to call me back as this was an urgent matter since I didn't know anything about this account. Eventually when they called, their story didn't make sense, there's no reference number for the call, no turnaround time, no basic information as to where the account was opened and how are they going to resolve this going forward except for we will call you back in a few days. When I check online using my ID number it still shows I have an account with Rage this is so frustrating I need to know what to do next or where to report the matter where they can assist me and remove my name for making that credit as it will ruin my name. The clueless person who called me her name was Dimakatso Tsibelo.
