Rage the grove poor service

I was at rage mams mall looking for a shoe then I was told that they have a correct size at rage the grove.. Took a taxi and when I got there they refused to assist saying they need a code asked them to contact mams mall and ask the manager there Coz I was there few minutes ago surely she will remember but they said they can't.. They don't have landline.. Im angry coz I wasted my money and time
