Rage stores staff members are so unprofessional

Good morning I bought 4 pairs of shoes from rage the 2 were perfect but the other 2 were to small I went to rage campus sqaure to exchange for a bigger size they had the size but it is a mission to exchange, they tried calling head office for authorization after 20 minutes there was no answer, the store manager can't even make a decision she was so unhelpful she was standing around laughing with other staff members, when I asked if she could assist she said there's nothing she can do I than asked for her name she laughed as she said Victoria Mabasa I than said so it's a joke now she said I can do as I please with the number, I mean really the customer service is pathetic at campus Square, their attitude stinks wow I wouldn't recommend rage. I have never come across such. Rage stores are a no no
