Rage store unable to assist with returns

Rage store is one of the retails shoes I love on shoes but I'm when it comes to returns they don't want to assist customers with that they good on selling but don't want to deal with quiries regarding returns.i recently brought a shoe but had to return or back cause it was missed a stich and on my way to work or got more damaged and decided to use glue and when I took it back they told me their terms and conditions regarding returns which I never signed or seen you only told about these when you have query I'm disappointed on how they dealt with the matter and when I sent an email to the complains and they didn't bother to get back to me The service is unacceptable even the headoffice they couldn't assist or give me an valid explanation
