Rage Store *****!

On the 26th of March this year, I went to close my account at Rage Maponya Mall. The two in-store sales assistance advised me to leave my rage store card and information and the call center will contact and process my cancellation, however, to my surprise I received an SMS stating that my account is owing R817. I called the Rage customer service and I was informed that I made two purchases at Maponya Mall after the fact. THAT'S *****!!!
