Rage store dont update credit profiles for over 3 months

Dear Rage stores..Since you guys updated my account on august 2020 ..that my account is on ears for 1 month.....i have paid off all outstanding balance on my rage account .. Now balance owing is R0.00 .

I want ro close this account just because is damaging my credit score.. Please close my rage account and update my credit profile as soon as posible..

Im not in eares please update my credit profile and close the account
