Rage store Diepsloot Mall

Manager with an poor attitude. She is nothing but arrogant. Doesn't know how to talk to customers. I bought a pair of shoes 3 days ago. I returned them to the store after I had realised that they are a small cut and also too tight on my toes. The store manager refused to exchange the size. I asked why not, her response was "you have obviously worn them so you might as well continue wearing them." I explained to her that all I did was to try them on indoors, yet still she refused and starting raising her voice at me.
