Rage still didnt close my account

I closed my account end of 2019 and again beginning 2020. I keep calling for rage to close my account. and they keep saying it was done it is now 2021. when I check my credit score its still reflecting. I `m so upset cause this is giving me a bad credit rating. Please assist me, by helping me close my account with rage.
