Rage Staff completely ignore customers

I have walked into both Rage SA stores in EL (Beacon Bay & Hemingway's Mall) to pay my account and evry time i have walked in i am not assisted. There are no sales being done but the staff ignore the customers because they are having huge fat conversations with people in the store that are not even purchasing stuff. The last time i walked into Rage Hemingway's Mall, I stood there for more than 20 mins before walking out, The lady behind the counter was busy chatting to a gentleman that was not buying anything nor was he looking at any items in the store.<br> <br> This is appalling!!!! Maybe Rage should focus on employing staff that actually assist customers. There were 2 ladies in this store... neither doing anything. I would like banking details so i can pay my account please. i will not deal with the store again
