Rage shoes online. Horrible customer cliente

I will not recommend anyone to purchase rage shoes online. Their return policy is horrible. I had purchased a black pump shoe for my daughter however the cut on the shoe is small so I needed a size bigger. I had contacted the online store for queries and was told to go to another store for the size. I live inland andis 5 mins away from the rage store at the phoenix plaza in durban. I was told to take the shoe back to rage where the size is avaible. I'm unable to get there and suggested a courier frm that store to the store near me be fine im willing to pay and collect at the branch near to me. I was told there is no inter branch transfer yet there are so many rage stores. The bigger retailers do this im shocked that rage cannot compensate me as i need this shoe of urgency in a size 2. I asked the lady at customer service over a tephonic call if there waa a rage store out of the province must I travel that far to change the shoe. This is nonsense. I have been purchasing frm this store for a long time and I will not purchase again nor recommend anyone. I am sure there is a are manage or regional manager in place which cudve brought the shoe frm the rage workshop to Phoenix plaza when dping checks. My money went for waste and thinking rage is customer friendly it's a big no. I'm not encourage my family n friends to buy online from this store.
