Rage Shoes - I am outraged!!!!

During my lunch break I went to Rage to look for a flat comfortable sandle. I immediately instore exchanged my high heals for the slip on I purchased as I left their store I almost slipped as the soles weren’t gripping. If my colleague weren’t with me I surely would have landed up with a fractured bone of sort. I then went back into the store to return this purchase the teller then calls their head office who is now requesting her to take pictures of the slip on after explaining I just purchased the slip on 10 minutes ago. She then tells me unfortunately they say she must not refund me as I had already left the store when this happened. That’s when I asked to speak to this person telling her this. The lady comes on and I tell her my story and again she says they can’t help I ask for someone higher who knew the story before I could even begin to explain which became obvious that Wendy who is the manager doesn’t care about people or customer service who was speaking to me for all to hear how she will address me and then I told her she can keep the slip on give it to her gran daughter or granny since she think it’s good enough. Because this is what people like that thinks of us is paying consumers. I left the trash behind with the receipt and want to encourage people to not purchase goods from their store as you can see if ever you have a bad experience...nothing will be done. It’s disappointing that people like this can still exist.
