Rage shoes & clothing a **** company

I have had a very bad experience with this company. I was owing them 80 rand and i was for a while unable to go to any nearest rage due to certain reasons. I was never called or followed up on about the payment. I wanted to open a furniture account and i was rejected and the system says its because of rage. I went to the shop and payed up my balance, but still got rejected so they gave me a bad credit score hence i can't open other accounts and i was thinking since i settled my payment owed to them things were fine. I then go to check my credit score and im having arrears of R51, why wasn't i told, why don't they phone their customers?? On top of that their employees have a bad attitude and customer service. I hate and regret opening a rage account.
