Please be informed that I purchased a pair of sandals from your Rage Store Sandton City Mall. The employee that assisted me took the one left sandal and mentioned that the other matching pair will be supp**** in the box. I made payment and when I returned home I found 2 left side sandals. This is totally unacceptable from your staff who should have known better to inspect the sandals before placing them into the box. I reside in Lenasia which is approximately 55km from Sandton City and surely I am not willing to drive all the way to rectify a problem which was created by your employee. Please provide the corrective action that shall be taken relating to this nonconforming service. Kindly arrange to have the correct left and right size 6 sandal delivered to my residence: 52 Agaat Street - Extension.5 – Lenasia
