Rage Shoes And Clothing Mabopane refuses exchange on sale items

I bought a skirt when I tried to wear it I noticed the zip was faulty. When I tried to go for exchange they told me their policy states NO return on sale items under any circumstances. I have to call head office cause the owner says so.
