rage shoe store

<p>so i decided to visit rage and purcahsed up to 6 pairs of shoes for my niece and sister.</p> <p>got home and decided to fity my shoes,but i didint like the way the shoes fit on me and went back to exchange not return the shoes for money.</p> <p>the lady at rage eastgate told me with so much confidence that there is no way they can exchange my shoes becaiuse i dont have a slip and that she has no airtime to contact her call centre for assistance.</p> <p>i dont know how that is my business that she had no airtinme,i was shocked at that comment and had to leave.</p> <p> </p> <p>this was a real inconvenient to me because i cant be going up and down malls to just exchange two pairs of shoes that i paid for,its ridiculous.</p> <p> </p> <p>then she asked if i paid cash or swipped for the pairs of shoes,like thres another option of purchasing shoes without paying for them.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is purely insane,had i gone to a woolworths or truworths with the same querry they would of exchanged my shoes with no hustle!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>so basically i must go back to that store when she has airtime to call the call centre and ask them if they approve of me exchamging my shoes.</p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT MUST I DO WITH THEM WHEN I DONT LIKE HOW THEY FIT ON ME?!!!!!!!</p> <p>i did not ***** them and that is why i went to the store to get them exchanged.</p> <p> </p> <p>its just plain on *******,</p> <p>its a reminder why we should maybe not give such companies service and rather purchase at higher branded stores who can assist us immediately</p>
