Rage Shoe Sa Bad Servise

The servise Rage is beyond poor,I purchased a shoe with my account with them and the shoe broke.I wrote them email that I am returning it to their customer servise they rep**** stating I should return it with my store card as I mentioned to them I don't have receipt.I told them The store I purchased from and mentioned that I will return beck to it.Got there Today the cashier called customer sevise to get the code Palesa from customer servise refused for me to exchange because I did not came with a proof of email they sent on or remembered who rep**** on my email.she was sooo rude over the phone and I had to go beck home with the same damaged shoe.
