rage services are useless

I want to close of the account but it seem with rage u jst cnt. i paid off my acc and ever since i have been struggle to get them to close it. I am asthmatic with means its risky for me to the in the public during this civic19 pandemic we are facing so I called *** and I waited n waited to be assisted but nothing. I feel the store is just inconsiderate I mean why give us alternatives that are useless to us. as if dealing with their rude employees is not enough their correspondence is useless and to top it off i was using my airtime which in turn cost m alot. I guess with rage its all about money cause their service on payment is excellent. I am deeply hurt
