Rage sells plastic shoes

On the 12th of April, I went and bought a pair of winter boots for my daughter which cost me R318.99. She then wore them on Monday and Tuesday at school, when she returned from school on tuesday the boots have torn. I then went back last week saturday on the 25th, to complain about the quality of shoes that did not last a week. I was told that their policy does not allow them to exchange any goods that are damaged due to wear & tear. I'm very disapointed in them, it was my second time buying from them and yet they continue to prove me right that they selling plastics. <br> <br> My daughter had almost the same pair I bought from woolworths, and guess what they still in great condition even though she wore them for two years and now they small. And im being silly comparing Rage to woolies what am I thinking? I am not going to let this go, im taking this as far as the ombudsman because I dont understant why people should be ****** day light of their money.
