Rage sell damage staff and refuse to take it back.

Hi I bought shoes at Rage 3 weeks ago. i fit the shoes at store and the shoes looks pretty good. a week later i try to wear my shoes and i noticed that there is something wrong with the shoes.(left shoes) belt i bigger than the right sandal shoes. than i decided not to wear it and take it back to the store. Saturday I took it back to the store the manager refuse to take it back. their head office also refuses. I've been explaining to them they said the shoe is fine and they cant help me. so i have damaged shoes with me and my i lost my money.
