Rage retail brakpan

I purchased a shoe on sale and when i brought it back to exchange it for a smaller size i was told i have to pay in as the shoe is no longer on sale. I asked for a refund and they said that they cannot because they only refund damaged goods not perfectly fine shoes.... What a load of bull.... I will never purchase anything there ever again.... They are horrible....
