Rage refuses to exchange or even refund me!!

Basically what happened is I bought a pair of boots on the 25th of February. And on the 29th of Feb I decided to wear to work,an hour later of wearing them in the office I felt the shoes were making a funny noise.i noticed the heel had come out and the nail was somehow making this noise. Now the receipt states if you're not happy with the product return it for exchange or refund provided you have all receipt and that's why I took them back. So Sharon the cashier called her head office where Rachel handle the matter unprofessional, she was rude and had an attitude, as I was on a call with her she kept on putting me on hold and talk to someone one else..i still stayed on the line and tried to be calm about the whole mess. I spoke to Wendy Rachel manager, who still couldn't be able to assist me. They refuse to exchange or to refund me. So I decided to leave the shoes I bought at the right store and told them the next day I come.they better refund me..I had the receipt and the shoes were still.in good shape besides the heel that came out. So I want my money back cause I don't want those shoes anymore.
